Taking care of your feet

Taking care of our feet

If there is one part of our body that we are unfair with, it’s our feet … Our feet are one of the most important and valuable parts of our body’s they allow us to transport our body’s from one place to another and as you can imagine, walking is not a light exercise becauseyour feet bear the full weight of your body … we use them every day … but even so we don’t treat them the way they deserve to be treated.

We must have in mind the following:

  • The choice of the footwear
  • Make sure they are the right size; believe it or not, many people make mistakes when choosing their shoes.
  • We recommend you to have a space of about half an inch between your big toe and the tip of the shoe.
  • Daily hygiene

Feet are often the forgotten area in the bathroom. When you take a shower, don’t forget to clean them well above and below, when finished, it is important to dry them well so you won’t get any type of fungus.

After bathing, the best way to avoid dryness is moistening them with a moisturizer.

Cut your toenails regularly and straight to avoid ingrown nails.

Pedicure is a complete treatment process where they cut and file your nails properly; remove impurities from the skin and cuticle, eliminating roughness, dead skin and hydrates your feet in general.

Pamper your feet, massages are the best way to do so, the first step is to make sure your hands are not too cool and then moisten them with a little oil to facilitate movement on the feet. Then you start massaging, moving your hands from the ankle to the toes until the whole foot is relaxed. The key is not to miss any areas. Massage with your thumb in a circular form on your foot.
